No. To satisfy the KYC and AML requirement, the external account holder’s name must match the iSunOne account holder’s name to ensure it is operated only by the iSunOne account holder, and not any third party.
Bob can pay Alice with “Quick Pay” with instant settlement of USDT and USDC. Once Alice receives USDC or USDT from Bob, Alice can either withdraw to Alice’s linked external account, or can send on-chain to Alice’s linked external blockchain address.
