We've simplified the Buy and Sell process in three simple steps:
Step 1: Become a VIP and Link your external account
In “VIP service”, link your sending account.
Step 2: Buy U - Send Wire, Receive U
In “Wallet”, Select “Top Up”, “Transfer”: Send a wire transfer with your iSun UID in the memo; upload the transfer receipt. Once the wire transfer is settled, you will receive USDT or USDC in your iSunOne account.
Step 3: Sell U - Send U, Receive Money
In “Wallet”, Select “Withdraw”, “Dollar Withdrawal”: specify the USDT or USDC you’d like to convert the US dollars to. Once we receive the instruction, we will initiate a wire transfer to your linked external account.

Some financial institutions have two (2) routing numbers, one is ABA routing number, and the other is ACH routing number. Please always use the ABA routing number to fill in the form.
ABA stands for “American Bankers Association”. ABA Routing Number is a 9-digit number, without any alphabet or symbols. You can find the ABA Routing Number in the check book or through an encrypted online portal.
Note: when you initiate a wire transfer from a linked US account, always choose the “Wire” method by using ABA Routing Number, and do not choose “ACH”. Currently, we do not support ACH transfer, as ACH transfer could take up to 5 business days.
