Details of Required Documents for KYC Purpose of Business Account

You need to provide documents as below for KYC purpose of business account:


1.Proof of existence, including: Certificate of Incorporation (CI), Business Registration (BR);


Certificate of Incorporation is a legal document and license relating to the formation of a company or corporation, and is also regarded as the birth certificate of the company.


Business Registration is a legal document of registration with local authorities, establishing the business as a legal entity. For example, if your company is formed in BVI and operates in Hong Kong, please provide the Certificate of Incorporation from BVI and Business Registration from Hong Kong.


 

2.Company shareholder structure chart;


Company shareholder structure chart (also regarded as: ownership structure chart) refers to who owns how many proportions of different types of shares per company. The shareholder structure is the foundation of the corporate governance structure.


The company shareholder structure chart needs to be traced back to the ultimate beneficial owners (UBO), who could be one or more natural persons. We need passports or identity document of shareholders and UBO who hold at least 10% of the shares.

3.Memorandum and articles of association;


Memorandum of Association is a legal statement that contains all the fundamental information which are required for the incorporation of the company. Articles of association are written rules about running the company agreed by the shareholders or guarantors, directors and the company secretary for company governance, purpose, operations, etc.


 

4.Passport or ID of the company's major shareholders (more than 10%) and directors;


 

5.Passport or ID of the company's authorized representative, who is applying for iSunOne account opening

6.Proof of company address: bank statement (within the last 3 months); if no bank yet, provide the utility bill (within the last 3 months).
